With over 40 years of experience, Roger is truely a master at his craft. He was born and raised in the Fenton area and now lives in St. Clair where him and his awesome wife Theresa are currently renovating their lake home retreat. Roger is a huge part of why our company is where it’s at today!
Landon Visico
Assistant Carpenter/Media Operations
“Lando” is the little brother of Chris. There’s a 10 year age gap but they’ve been of best buds since day 1! While he is a huge help and has also been around since the start of CK Builders, Lando currently attends University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) where he majors in Film Studies. There is no doubt that he’ll be starting his own cinema empire soon and while he still helps on the job sites when he’s back home during breaks, he mainly focuses on creating media content for our company.
Jack Burlison
Carpenter
Jack B! We were lucky enough to have Jack join the crew in the early days of CK Builders. He worked alongside his dad who recently retired as the owner of a remodeling business as well! Jack has experience in all aspects of residential remodeling from working with is dad and plays a crucial role in the growth of CK Builders. He is also the new father of his adorable little daughter Stevie AKA “The Stevemeister”

Assistant Carpenter
Jon “The Fisherman” recently joined the crew as a part time carpenter for the love of the game and has been a huge help on our big projects. When he’s not hanging out with all of his granddaughters and family out on the lake, he spends his free time building custom carpentry at his own home wood shop!

It’s truly a gift to work alongside these guys day in and day out! We try to break free from the job sites every once in a while to just hangout as a crew. We plan on slowly growing our team with the idea of never losing touch of our core values. Delivering the best results possible and making it an enjoyable experience for our clients while we bring visions to reality will always be at the forefront of our goals!
OUR STORY
2019
CK Builders, LLC is built on hard work, experience, and a love for doing things right the first time. Our founder, Chris Visico started out studying business at Lindenwood University but quickly found his true calling in construction. He jumped into real estate, buying and flipping multiple properties after taking on full remodels. From tearing down walls to the final coat of paint, he gained experience in every part of the process, learning the trade firsthand with guidance from his former hockey coach, Jim Jones. Those years taught him not just the skills, but the satisfaction that comes with creating something solid and beautiful from the ground up.
To sharpen his skills further, Chris joined a top construction firm in St. Louis, starting out as a laborer and moving up to project lead in just two years. There, he learned how to lead a crew, oversee projects from A-Z, and make sure every detail matched the homeowner’s vision. With that experience, he decided to partner with Roger—a friend and expert builder with over 40 years in the trade—to form CK Builders, LLC.
